With SvR 08, TNA iMPACT!, Fire Pro, and Pro Wrestling X, plus many more getting ready to hit shelves within the next year or so. Which game are you most looking forward to getting your grubby little hands on?

Although I've played very little of the series, I'd say Fire Pro. SvR is the wrestling Madden in that it is the same every year with an updated roster. iMPACT! I'm looking forward to a little, but it's only supposed to have around 20 guys, right? PWX is interesting too, but with how everyone says the Fire Pro games are (And I have the GBA one and I like it), I'm am most looking forward to FP more than the other upcoming wrestling games.

I doubt I'll ever be getting into Fire Pro. Sad, I know, but the SvR games always seem to tide me over for at least a couple of months, and TNA's game seriously just looks bad ass to me. I mean, I know there's only supposed to be around 20 guys, but that's what CAWs come in! Their creator mode thing is supposed to be really enhanced as well, so I'm pretty stoked. Then I've been keeping up with PWX for a little while now, and honestly can't await that either. Some old school "No Mercy-esque" graphics with bitchin' game play and arenas, I can't wait!

I'm buying Fire Pro, and my roommate is getting SvR. So I'm covered either way.
But I had to shell out $50 for an Action Replay Max to download the rosters for Fire Pro.

I want to get fire pro(but I still need to get the Action Replay still.)
SVR is good for a while, but no WWE game has kept my interest for more than about 3 months since Here Comes the Pain(which I actually busted out yesterday, and I got it the day it came out close to 4 years ago).
iMPACT! has the potential to be one of the best wrestling games, or one of the worst. Its at about the middle ground right now, but there is definatley enough time to tilt the scales either way.
My computer is not advanced enough to even ponder playing any advanced games on it.

I am looking forward to Fire Pro the most, based on what I've heard about it. It just seems so different from the rest of the wrestling games out today.

I have no clue what Pro Wrestling X is. Someone wanna 'splain?
Jed Shaffer ~Did any of the other EWR-style games like Promotion Wars 2 ever come out, or did EWR crush them all?

Promotion Wars rocked. I want a way to sign people to one time appearance deals in EWR like i did in PW.

Promotion Wars 2 never game out fully, but a couple beta releases were leaked.

Got Fire Pro Friday. I can't say I've been blown away, but I sure as hell haven't been disappointed. SvR is on my wish list, but probably won't come to me anytime soon. Haven't heard much word on Pro Wrestling X, but TNA's game is seriously looking outrageous now. If you go to caws.ws then you should be able to find out a ton about the game. Only 25 wrestlers, but 16 CAWS, story mode, fast paced action, IT'S CRAZY!

Wow. Just WOW. The graphics may be ass, but who cares? The gameplay!
Jed Shaffer ~What's this Pro Wrestling X I keep hearing about?

And as for PWX, just head over to their site www.prowrestlingx.com/They've got a demo for the official game coming soon called Uprising. It's $10-15, but they've also got screens and vids on the site, so I think I can live with that until the official game comes out.

So, it's EWR (or, more appropriately, Total Extreme Warfare), but focused on the in-ring stuff instead of the business end.
Jed Shaffer ~Unless they do something mind-blowing, I'll stick to Fire Pro. I just have this nagging feeling they'll Cory Ledesma the customers.

I love Fire Pro, the depth is amazing, but I haven't had time to sink into it. :-(
