~Whew, now that that's all out of the way, I can start working on the shows. Expect the first episode of WCW Adrenaline up in the next few days. And yes, I stole this from Jed. It seemed like a good idea.

Your theft must've been so subtle, I didn't even see it.
I must admit, you got my heart racing when I saw WCW. Was a little saddened to see it was not, in fact, World Championship Wrestling. Still, a new diary is a good thing. And there's some fresh faces on your roster, like B-Boy, SJK, Glamour Boy Shane, Danny Dominion ... always good to see new people. Excited to see the shows kick off proper. How big a company is WCW? What network/time slot?
Jed Shaffer ~ One man tag teams? That's a bold idea! ;D

WCW Adrenaline Segement One Eddie Kingston vs American KickboxerBasically, a glorified squash match. Kingston brutalizes Kickboxer all match before ending it with a Royal Flush. Post-match, Kingston locks Kickboxer in the Kondo Clutch, only letting go when security pulls him off. Kingston looks into the camera and warns Samoa Joe that his time is coming. Joe and Kingston will face off in the rematch of their Against All Odds encounter at Winds of Change ** 58, 48, 68 Segment Two Ace Steel vs Chris BoshSteel, one of the founding fathers of WCW takes on a man who he's had some issues with over the past few months, one-half of the WCW Tag Team Champions Chris Bosh. Steel and Dominion will get one more chance to win the titles back from Arrogance at Winds of Change. A decent match, with both men trading control of the match back and forth. The ending comes when Bosh's tag team partner, Scott Lost, comes to ringside and attempts to blast Steel with a chair. Steel ducks and Lost hits his partner, which leads to Steel hitting Bosh with the Twist of Cain and pinning him for the win. After the match, Bosh and Lost get their revenge by beating down Steel and hitting him with a double spinebuster. 66, 57, 76 Notes: Chris Bosh gained 1 point of overness from this match. Ace Steel gained 1 point of overness from this match. Segement Three We cut backstage to WCW Champion "Double C" Claudio Castagnoli. Castagnoli gloats doing in three months what it took Chris Hero three years to do, which was become WCW Champion. He claims that he was always the better wrestler in the Kings of Wrestling, and he'll prove it not only tonight, but at Winds of Change, when once again, he'll defeat Hero and retain his WCW Championship 72 Segment Four AJ Styles and WCW National Heavyweight Champion Kevin Steen vs Austin Aries and Keven MartelTwo of the biggest feuds in WCW come together in this match as Styles looks to get off the losing skid he's been on, and Martel looks to get revenge on Steen after he got himself intentionally disqualified to retain his title at Against All Odds. Martel will get another shot at Steen in a No Disqualifications Match at Winds of Change, and Styles will face off against Austin Aries. A decent tag team match that ends when Martel makes Styles tap to the Quebec Crab for the victory. 67, 59, 76 Notes: AJ Styles was sluggish and didn't put much effort in. AJ Styles lost 1 point of overness from this match. Kevin Steen lost 1 point of overness from this match. Keven Martel gained 2 points of overness from this match. Austin Aries gained 2 points of overness from this match. Segment Five CM Punk vs Low KiAlthough these two men have been battling each other for the past few months, this is the first time they have met each other one on one. These two will be involved in a tag team match at Winds of Change, pitting the Second City Saints against Low Ki and Davey Richards. As you would expect from two great wrestlers like Ki and Punk, the match is spectacular. The finish comes when Punk pins Ki after a GTS for the three. A rare win for CM Punk that doesn't involve interference from his Chicago Elite stablemates Dave Prazak or Colt Cabana. 86, 78, 94 Segment Six Claudio Castagnoli vs ?Claudio's opponent at Winds of Change, Chris Hero, promised to find someone who could beat Claudio here tonight in our Adrenaline Main Event. And as expected, Hero didn't disappoint as Claudio's opponent was none other than the "New F'N Show" Jerry Lynn! Lynn dominated most of the beginning of the match, as Claudio was shocked to be facing him, but as the match went on, Claudio settled in and both men put on a technical clinic. The ending came when Hero distracted Claudio long enough to his him with a Roaring Elbow, which provided Lynn the opportunity hit his Claudio with the Cradle Piledriver for the pinfall victory. After the match, Hero came in the ring to celebrate with Lynn, raising his arm in the air as the show went off the air. 85, 76, 95 OVERALL SHOW RATING: 72% We got a 0.56 rating for 'WCW Adrenaline'! The attendance level was 223 people. We made $3345 from ticket sales. Colt Cabana - I'd like to work with Chris Hero if possible. Ace Steel - I think you might be pushing me too high up the card, the fans seem to be resenting me.
WCW Presents Winds of Change FINAL CARD Grudge Match Samoa Joe vs Eddie Kingston The Murder City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs ? WCW National Heavyweight Championship No Disqualifications Match Keven Martel vs Kevin Steen (C) AJ Styles vs Austin Aries WCW Tag Team Championship Ladder Match If Steel and Dominion lose, they will never get another shot at the WCW Tag Team Championship Arrogance (C) vs Ace Steel and Danny Dominion The Second City Saints (CM Punk and Colt Cabana) vs Low Ki and Davey Richards WCW Heavyweight Championship Claudio Castagnoli vs Chris Hero

Grudge Match Samoa Joe vs Eddie KingstonSetting up a trilogy perhaps? The Murder City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs ?Coin flip, yo. WCW National Heavyweight Championship No Disqualifications Match Keven Martel vs Kevin Steen (C) Because Kevin Steen. AJ Styles vs Austin Aries Styles ends the schneid. WCW Tag Team Championship Ladder Match If Steel and Dominion lose, they will never get another shot at the WCW Tag Team Championship Arrogance (C) vs Ace Steel and Danny DominionIf it was "never get another shot as long as Arrogance are the champs", I could see Arrogance winning. But NEVER EVER? Faces gotta win. The Second City Saints (CM Punk and Colt Cabana) vs Low Ki and Davey Richards Cause heel Colt Cabana is fun. WCW Heavyweight Championship Claudio Castagnoli vs Chris Hero Dude just won it. Ain't dropping it right away. Jed Shaffer ~Got to get to work on Clash. Only two segments written in a week.

WCW Presents Winds of Change FINAL CARD
Grudge Match Samoa Joe vs Eddie Kingston Everyone loves him on this board (at least it seems that way from diaries). I'm not a fan. I pick him because he'll spite me
The Murder City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs ?[/u] I pick the Magical Mystery Tour... it's like playing poker and never looking at your cards
WCW National Heavyweight Championship No Disqualifications Match Keven Martel vs Kevin Steen (C) Steen's too good to NOT win
AJ Styles vs Austin Aries He's the Greatest Man Who Ever Lived. 'Nuff said
WCW Tag Team Championship Ladder Match If Steel and Dominion lose, they will never get another shot at the WCW Tag Team Championship Arrogance (C) vs Ace Steel and Danny Dominion I don't see either as a singles star, so gots to give them the gold
The Second City Saints (CM Punk and Colt Cabana) vs Low Ki and Davey Richards Because fuck Davey
WCW Heavyweight Championship Claudio Castagnoli vs Chris Hero Hero wins, but doesn't get the belt... SHENANIGANS AFOOT!

WCW WINDS OF CHANGE
Segment One Eddie Kingston vs Samoa Joe This is a rematch of a match that happened last month at Against All Odds, where Joe came out with the victory. Kingston challenged Joe to a rematch, saying that there's no way Joe can beat him two months in a row. A very good match between these two brawlers, as you'd expect. The finish comes when Kingston removes one of the turnbuckle pads, obviously to use it against Joe. The referee catches him in the act, though, and begins to reattach the pad, which gives Kingston just enough time to blatantly low blow Joe and hit him with the Royal Flush for the victory. After the match, Kingston backs up the ramp shouting "I FINALLY GOT YOU JOE, I FINALLY GOT YOU." 74, 58, 91
Segment Two The Murder City Machine Guns vs ? The Guns stand in the ring, awaiting their mystery opponent, who is revealed to be Jagged and Shane Matthews, also known as 2.0! The two teams put on a tag team wrestling clinic, with both teams trading the momentum back and forth. The finish comes when Sabin and Shelley hit the Motor City Rush on Matthews for the win. After the match, Sabin and Shelley offer a handshake to 2.0 out of sportsmanship. Matthews and Jagged accept the handshake, and then blindside the Guns afterwards. They continue their assault until referees and officials run them off. 79, 64, 95
Segment Three Keven Martel vs Kevin Steen in a No Diqualifications Match for the WCW National Heavyweight Championship This rematch came about when Steen got himself intentionally disqualified last month at Against All Odds to retain his title. Martel petitioned WCW Management for a rematch, and got his wish for a No Disqualifications Match. You'd think that the more technical Martel would have a tougher time in a Hardcore enviroment, but he fits in just fine, using the weapons to his advantage as well as Steen. The finish comes when, after a brutal match, Steen plants Martel with a Package Piledriver onto a stop sign for the pin. 71, 63, 80 Notes: Kevin Steen gained 2 points of overness from this match. The WCW National Heavyweight title has gained in image.
Segment Four The camera cuts backstage to "The Super Agent" Larry Sweeney and his prized clients, the WCW Tag Team Champions Arrogance. It's a short promo, basically with Sweeney promising that at the end of the night, his boys will be walking out of Chicago with the titles still strapped around their waists. 66 Notes: Larry Sweeney gained 3 points of overness from this segment. Chris Bosh gained 1 point of overness from this segment.
Segment Five AJ Styles vs Austin Aries This match came about when Aries, in his debut match in WCW, surprised Styles with a roll-up and pinned him clean, which led to Styles brutalizing Aries with a chair and generally making his life a living hell since. Styles has been on a major skid of late, including being forced to tap to Keven Martel's Quebec Crab last Friday on Adrenaline. Both Styles and Aries put on a very good match, with the finish coming when Styles pins Aries after a Styles Clash. 72, 60, 85
Segment Six Ace Steel and Danny Dominion vs Arrogance in a Ladder Match for the WCW Tag Team Championship A huge match between two of the best tag teams in WCW, with the titles on the line. Arrogance is looking to keep their titles, but Steel and Dominion are looking to remain as an active tag team here in WCW. Both teams use the ladders as a weapon, including Bosh and Lost planting Dominion back first on a ladder with their trademark double spinebuster, and Steel hitting a Twist of Cain to Lost off the ladder. But, in the end, the finish came when Bosh and Lost put Dominion through a table with the double spinebuster, and climbed the ladder for the win, effectively ending Steel and Dominion's tag team days. 79, 65, 94 Notes: Chris Bosh gained 4 points of overness from this feud ending. Scott Lost gained 4 points of overness from this feud ending.
Segment Seven The Second City Saints vs Davey Richards and Low Ki This match came about when Cabana recruited help from his friend CM Punk in his feud with Davey Richards, which brought Low Ki into it as well. Ki and Punk have been in a heated rivalry since Punk lost the WCW Championship to Chris Hero back at the Windy City Classic back in May. This is a hard hitting, extremely competitive match that ends when Cabana pins Richards after turning him inside out with a boneshattering Lariat. 80, 72, 88
Segment Eight Claudio Castagnoli vs Chris Hero for the WCW Heavyweight Championship The former Kings of Wrestling-turned mortal enemies meet once again for the WCW Heavyweight Championship in our main event. Claudio defeated Hero for the title last month at Against All Odds, but Hero claimed that Claudio being better than him was all a fluke, and that his title reign would be a short one. This is a very hard hitting, yet technical match, the type of match that you would expect from two of the best wrestlers in the world. Both men know the other's tendencies very well from years of tagging together, so neither man can get the advantage without the other reversing out of it. Towards the end of the match, Claudio goes for a Very European Uppercut, but misses and hits the referee as Hero dodges out of the way. Hero slides behind Castagnoli and looks to end it with a Hero's Welcome when suddenly, the lights go out. When they come back on, a man in a black ski mask blasts Hero with a chair. The man pulls off his mask to reveal that he is... RANDY ORTON!. Orton picks up Hero and plants him with an RKO, before pulling Claudio on top of Hero and waking the ref. The ref slowly counts to three as Orton has just screwed Chris Hero out of the WCW Championship. The cameras fade to black, the final shot being Claudio collapsing in a corner, clutching his title close to him and Orton backing up the ramp, a smug grin plastered across his face. 84, 82, 86 Notes: Randy Orton debuted his new gimmick, it got a positive response. (Evolution) Claudio Castagnoli gained 2 points of overness from this match. The WCW Heavyweight title has gained in image.
OVERALL SHOW RATING: 75 (Woo, best show yet!)
Winds of Change was attended by 999 people! We made $19980 from ticket sales.
Jagged and Shane Matthews blend as a team really well, probably due to their similar styles.
~Whew, first major show down. That ended up being a lot longer than I thought it would be. Expect Adrenaline to be up (maybe) tomorrow, if not Monday.

WCW Adrenaline
Segment One The show begins with the beginning guitar riff of "Burn In My Light" by Mercy Drive, and an immediate chorus of boos raining down at WCW's newest signee Randy Orton. He slowly walks his way down to the ring, before grabbing a microphone. Orton states that last Sunday, he did what very few people can do, and that's make an impact. When he came out and RKO'd Chris Hero and cost him the WCW Championship, he put the entire locker room on notice. The notice being that sooner or later, that championship will be around his waist. 83%
Segment Two Ace Steel vs Eddie Kingston These two men had incredibly different nights at Winds of Change, with Kingston getting a win, however cheap, over his rival Samoa Joe, and Steel and Dominion losing their shot at the WCW Tag Team Championships to Arrogance, effectively ending their time as a tag team. These two, as you'd expect, put on a very hard hitting match that ends when Kingston knocks Steel out with the Backfist to the Future for the three. 68, 52, 85
Segment Three "More More More" by The Andrea True Connection fills the arena, signaling the arrival of "The Super Agent" Larry Sweeney, "The Kentucky Gentleman" Chuck Taylor and the WCW Tag Team Champions Arrogance, collectively known as Sweet n' Sour Inc. Sweeney struts his way down the ramp, decked out in his best flashy suit and shades as his clients follow in behind. He proceeds grabs a mic and proudly proclaims that last Sunday was the greatest night in the history of Sweet and Sour Inc., because not only did his boys Arrogance bring home the WCW Tag Team Championships, they also brought home the fat paycheck that goes with it! He goes on to state that his boys are feeling so good that they're placing an open challenge to any team of ham n' eggers in the back who wanna step in the ring with the best damn tag team in the world! The camera cuts to the ramp before "Walking Dead" by Dropkick Murphys play, signaling the arrival of WCW's newest tag team, Dave and Jake Crist, The Irish Airborne! Sweeney and the rest of SnS are shocked as Dave and Jake slide into the ring and the match begins. Arrogance vs The Irish Airborne The shock of seeing the Irish Airborne in a WCW ring takes Bosh and Lost a bit off their game, which shows in the beginning of the match, which is completely controlled by the Irish Airborne. Arrogance begins to regain their composure, and take the advantage in the match, showing why they are one of the best tag teams in the world. But the Crist brothers won't go down easy, and it takes a low blow from Bosh while Sweeney had the ref distracted and a double spinebuster to Jake to finally put the Airborne away. After the bell, Bosh and Lost hit both Crist brothers with a double spinebuster, taking out their frustrations at being challenged by a brand new team. 65, 53, 77 Scott Lost lost 1 point of overness from this match. Jake Crist gained 1 point of overness from this match. Dave Crist gained 1 point of overness from this match.
Segment Four The camera cuts backstage to "The Straight Edge Superstar" CM Punk, fresh off his victory alongside Colt Cabana over Low Ki and Davey Richards at Winds of Change. Punk says that he proved last Sunday that he's the best wrestler in the world, and that Low Ki's not even in his league. But, the idiots in WCW management have decided that their match was so good, because it was carried by me, Punk adds, that we're gonna face off once again next week. Which is fine, Punk says, because embarrassing Ki in the ring for a third time is a great way to spend a Friday night. Punk finishes by saying that come this Friday, Ki's gonna get Punked. 88%
Segment Five Matt Stryker vs Sterling James Keenan One of the most competitive rivalries in WCW continues as Stryker and Keenan square off again, with both men having one victory a piece. This is a pretty decent match, with both men having faced each other enough to know the counters for each other's moves. The end comes when Stryker tries to hit SJK with the Stryker Driver, but Keenan worms his way out and plants him with the MK Ultra for the win. 64, 55, 73
Segment Six WCW Heavyweight Champion Claudio Castagnoli vs Jerry Lynn The main event of the evening is a rematch of last week's main event, which Lynn won via interference from Castagnoli's rival Chris Hero. Like last week, these two put on a technical wrestling clinic, going through hold after hold, constantly countering each other with neither man able to get that advantage over the other. The end finally comes when, like last night, Randy Orton gives Claudio the advantage, planting Lynn with an RKO while the champion had the referee distracted. Claudio capitolizes on Orton's interference and pins Lynn for the three count. After the bell, Castagnoli and Orton begin to assault Lynn when Lynn's friend Chris Hero runs down to even up the fight, running Castagnoli and Orton off. Hero lifts Lynn to his feet and stares down his rival and his possible associate as the show fades to black. 85, 77, 94
We got a 0.54 rating for 'WCW Adrenaline'! The attendance level was 218 people. We made $3270 from ticket sales.
Ace Steel is losing heat because you are pushing him too much.
I was thinking, how about giving me some matches with Jerry Lynn? I think we'd be able to do some good work together given the chance - AJ Styles
I'd like to request a match or two with Matt Stryker. I'm pretty sure we could do some good work together - Chuck Taylor
How about booking me against Tony Mamaluke? I'm sure we could do some pretty entertaining stuff that the fans would like - Danny Dominion
~ All in all, after getting distracted from this by constant basketball games, I felt this came out pretty good. Expect the next Adrenaline to be up sometime in the next couple of days.
