Will The Shield once again interfere ? • And Tonight’s Main Event : The contract signing of the match at Wrestlemania between Triple H and Brock Lesnar. • And also CM Punk, Undertaker, Jack Swagger, Big Show , Dolph Ziggler and Ryback are all present for tonight’s show. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 1 A video is played, hyping the The Rock vs John Cena feud. Tag between Titus O'Neil and Darren Young. D-Young slams Randy Orton. Orton counters a backdrop attempt with a kick to the face and hit a clothesline! D-Young takes a headbutt from Randy Orton. Orton tags out to Sheamus. Orton \ Sheamus whip D-Young into the ropes and hit a double clothesline. Full nelson slam on D-Young. Death valley driver (not to be confused with the DVD 500) by Sheamus connects and Darren Young is down! Sheamus tags out to Randy Orton. Darren Young is in trouble. RKO!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! The Shield come running down the aisle with chairs! They slide in behind Orton \ Sheamus...and drop them with stereo chair shots! Ziggler drives a HARD forearm into the chest of Ryback. Dolph Ziggler misses a clothesline...and takes out the referee accidentally! Ryback gets hit with SPLASH MOUNTAIN~! out of the corner! Hooks the leg, but the referee is still out! Ryback pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Dolph Ziggler charges into the corner, but EATS BOOT and staggers backward. Nice piledriver on Ziggler. Covers for a quick two count. Powerbomb on Ziggler. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Ziggler powers out of a headlock. Lightning kick by Ziggler on Ryback. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Ryback comes up with a right hand out of nowhere. Dolph Ziggler is in trouble. Shell Shocked! 1....2....3.
Reporter’s Opinion: These guys worked SO HARD...for a ** rating. Something went wrong somewhere, didn't it? Match Background: Team Rhodes Scholars used to be a regular team, but have been inactive for a while. Whether this match will lead to a reformation as an active unit remains to be seen.
The Match: Sin Cara gets slammed down hard and winces in pain. Sin Cara charges into the corner, but EATS BOOT and staggers backward. There's a two count on the pin. Rhodes tags out to Damien Sandow. Cody Rhodes scoops up Sin Cara. Sandow bounces off the ropes and hits a flying Hart Attack clothesline. There's a two count on the pin. Running knee lift from Damien Sandow. Sandow walks into a drop toe hold. Sin Cara crushes Sandow with a running senton. Hooks the leg for a two count. Sin Cara tags out to Rey Mysterio. Mysterio crushes Sandow with a running senton. Pin, but Sandow is out just before the three count. Sandow takes a flying neckbreaker from Rey Mysterio. Sandow counters a backdrop attempt with a kick to the face and hit a clothesline! Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Rey Mysterio by Sandow. Remember when that was a legit finish? Tag between Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes. Rhodes hits a right hand. Mysterio tags out to Sin Cara. Cody Rhodes with a spinning neckbreaker on Sin Cara. Cody Rhodes gets a roll-up...and grabs a handful of tights as well! The referee doesn't see it: 1....2...3!! Team Hell No come running down into the ring. They nail Damien Sandow from behind, then grab Rhodes and hit the Chokeslam/Flying Headbutt! With him out of the way, the drag Damien Sandow to the outside...and promptly put him straight through the announcer's table with a double slam! Team Hell No have destroyed Team Rhodes Scholars!
Reporter’s Opinion: I'm capable of giving out high star ratings...but only for matches that really deserve it. This one didn't. **1/4. OVR – 78 CR – 81 MQ – 73 Winners – Team Rhodes Scholars ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 6 A video is played, hyping the CM Punk vs Undertaker feud. OVR – 89 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 7 CM Punk is walking backstage, when he meets Undertaker. They trade insults, get in each others faces, but eventually walk off without coming to blows. Match Background: None.
The Match: Big forearm by Jack Swagger makes me want to go to the mirror and check MY teeth. Jack Swagger gets up and gives a Belly to belly suplex to Swagger. Swagger hits a right hand. There's a two count on the pin. Vertical suplex by Jack Swagger. There's a two count on the pin. Kingston reverses a Jack Swagger hammerlock. Kofi Kingston strikes Swagger. Covers for a quick two count. Kingston crushes Swagger with a huge legdrop. Jack Swagger comes up with a right hand out of nowhere. Northern Lights Bomb very nearly crushes the spine of Kingston! Kofi Kingston can barely stand. Gutwrench Powerbomb!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!!
Reporter’s Opinion: A wise man once said 'Can I get a side of bland with that bland'. He's dead now, though. Big Show comes up with a right hand out of nowhere. Spear by Big Show. R-Truth is in trouble. Here it comes - K.O. Punch. 1....2...3, it's finished. Big Show gives a murderous look toward R-Truth...and attacks! R-Truth gets dropped to the canvas, then battered with a barrage of rights and lefts. Big Show leaves the ring having left R-Truth down and out.
Reporter’s Opinion: It was close to a ** match, but I just can't stand too many blown spots. *3/4 OVR – 80 CR – 86 MQ – 69 Winner – Big Show ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 11 Brock Lesnar and Triple H are in the ring on opposite sides of a table, about to sign a contract to face each other in an upcoming match. Brock Lesnar signs it. Triple H also signs it, but is immediately attacked by Lesnar, who drives the table into his ribs. Brock Lesnar moves in for the kill. F5! Brock Lesnar walks off, having won this battle. April 03, 2013 Wednesday MAIN EVENT TONIGHT’S HIGHLIGHTS • Team Rhodes Scholars goes one on one against their opponents at Wrestlemania , Team Hell No in a non – title match. • The Miz takes on his opponent at Wrestlemania ,Antonio Cesaro in a non – title match. • Also Chris Jericho takes on his opponent at Wrestlemania ,Wade Barrett in a non – title match. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 1 Team Rhodes Scholars vs Team Hell No.

BAAACK Body drop by Kane gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Spinebuster by Cody Rhodes. Rhodes walks into a drop toe hold. Kane tags out to Daniel Bryan. T-Bone suplex by Bryan, Rhodes got folded in half to the point that he was almost able to fellate himself. Mighty impressive, don't you think? Corkscrew BRAINBUSTAH~! Rhodes gets destroyed by it. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Back suplex on Rhodes. Rhodes reverses a waistlock. Full nelson slam on Bryan. Cody Rhodes misses a clothesline...and takes out the referee accidentally! Daniel Bryan floors Rhodes, then signals for the No Lock. Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes has something in his hands. Bryan comes over...and gets nailed with a set of brass knuckles! The referee wakes up to see the pinfall: 1....2....3! It's over. Team Rhodes Scholars remain in the ring, celebrating their victory.

The Match: Big dropkick by Antonio Cesaro, who got a ton of air on the move. Reverse DDT on The Miz. Hooks the leg for a two count. Antonio Cesaro gets taken down out of nowhere! The Miz scoops and slams Antonio Cesaro. What's the difference between a scoop slam and a body slam anyway? Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Antonio Cesaro by The Miz. Remember when that was a legit finish? There's a two count on the pin. The Miz scores with a standing spinebuster. Pin, but Cesaro is out just before the three count. Running knee lift from The Miz. Cesaro blocks a punch. Massive back suplex! The Miz got snapped in half, but not literally because that would just end the match now wouldn't it. Hooks the leg for a two count. Springboard dropkick from Antonio Cesaro. Nicely done. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Running knee lift from Antonio Cesaro. The Miz just WALKS into a stiff lariat clothesline from Cesaro. The Miz counters a sleeper with a jaw breaker and is able to get free! BAAACK Body drop by Cesaro gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. Massive lariat! Stan Hansen would approve. The Miz moves in for the kill. Here it comes - Skull-Crushing Finale. 1....2...3, it's finished. The Miz is still in the ring celebrating. Antonio Cesaro pushes the referee away. Antonio Cesaro spins The Miz around. Antonio Cesaro hits the Neutralizer!
Reporter’s Opinion: I really shouldn't drink when I'm reviewing matches. Especially with Scotsman, I can't drink nearly as much, so I try too hard. It was either ** or ****, but I guess I'll have to compromise and say ***. He was out there to hype a match against Wade Barrett scheduled for tonight. OVR – 86 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 4 Kaitlyn vs Aksana.
Match Background: Kaitlyn is the reigning WWE Divas champion.
The Match: Uninspired brawling from Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn strikes Aksana. Kaitlyn hits a right hand on Aksana. Weak bodyslam on Aksana by Kaitlyn sets up a legdrop. Kaitlyn gets taken down out of nowhere! Aksana uses a neckbreaker on Kaitlyn. Aksana hits a shaky delayed suplex on Kaitlyn. If I were Kaitlyn, I'd be too hesistant to let someone like that pick me up over their head. There's a two count on the pin. Kaitlyn counters an arm wringer with an elbow to the side of the head. Kaitlyn hits an ugly looking bulldog off the ropes. There's a two count on the pin. Kaitlyn turns Aksana inside-out with a clothesline. Reminds me of Willow's 'Bored Now' skin ripping finisher. Inside joke, don't worry about it. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Aksana pushes out of a Kaitlyn hold. Aksana slams Kaitlyn down. Kaitlyn blocks a punch. Running clothesline from Kaitlyn was actually MIGHTY sloppy. Aksana is in trouble. Spear! 1....2....3.
Repoter’s Opinion: -*. Somehow, you actually took AWAY from any enjoyment I could have had watching this. OVR – 52 CR – 54 MQ – 49 Winner – Kaitlyn Note : This match suffered because the crowd were still pumped up from the last one, and so this bout was seen as something of a let-down to them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 5 Alberto Del Rio is in the ring, when Jack Swagger runs out and attacks. They brawl for a while before Swagger takes the advantage. He grabs a chair and floors Del Rio with it. He wraps the chair around the ankle of Alberto Del Rio, then climbs to the second rope. He leaps off with a double-footed stomp to the chair, causing it to snap shut, pillmanizing Alberto Del Rio, who rolls around in agony. Jack Swagger leaves, the damage done. OVR – 90 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 6 A video is played, hyping the John Cena vs The Rock feud. OVR – 91 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 7 Randy Orton has come down to the ring. The Shield make an appearance and attack, brutally beating him down to the canvas. After a few minutes, Sheamus, wearing his street clothes, comes running out with a chair, and hits the ring. Dean Ambrose lures him into taking a wild swing, which leaves Sheamus open to a blindside attack from Seth Rollins. Soon, Sheamus \ Orton are both lying on the canvas, having been beaten down by The Shield. OVR – 80 NOTE : Randy Orton lost overness from this segment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SEGMENT 8 Big Show vs Kofi Kingston.
Match Background: None.

Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Kofi Kingston by Big Show. Remember when that was a legit finish? Covers for a quick two count. Kingston reverses a waistlock. Flying elbow from Kofi Kingston connects. Flying reverse elbow by Kofi Kingston. Big Show blocks a kick from Kofi Kingston. Full nelson slam on Kingston. Big Show moves in for the kill. K.O. Punch!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Big Show gives a murderous look toward Kofi Kingston...and attacks! Match Background: Barrett and Jericho have been feuding recently. Neither has managed to get an in-ring victory in this feud. Wade Barrett is the reigning WWE Intercontinental champion.
The Match: Double arm suplex by Chris Jericho connects as Barrett hits hard. Jericho slams Wade Barrett. Flying shoulder tackle by Jericho sends Barrett CRASHING to the mat. Jericho slams Wade Barrett down and motions to the crowd. Barrett counters a sleeper with a jaw breaker and is able to get free! Chris Jericho charges into the corner, but EATS BOOT and staggers backward. Jericho walks into a side slam. Think about how much talent it takes to side slam someone. Nash can do it. There's a two count on the pin. Jericho blocks the suplex attempt and is able to hit the suplex instead! Tiger bomb by Chris Jericho, which is nowhere near as cool as a botched Pedigree but gets the job done. Covers for a quick two count. Chris Jericho scores with a standing spinebuster. Hooks the leg! Okay, far be it for me to criticise anyone else's writeups, mine are normally pretty shit, but even I know that copy-pasting directly from the game is kinda weak, dude. How are we to get any real idea of what's going on if you're just copy and pasting the games rather vague and, frankly, boring, commentary?
