Started using the April 2013 TEW '05 Data with Ring of Honor obviously. So... Background: Starting after the supposed strengthening of S.C.U.M, meaning introducing more members than were probably needed, ROH Authority Figure Nigel McGuinness decided that, every week ROH World Heavyweight champion and S.C.U.M member Kevin Steen would defend his belt every single week, on every single show. Steen ran through his challengers with frightening ease until he was challenged by Homicide. After an epic of a match, Steen put Homicide down after two, count 'em two, Package Piledrivers AND an F-Cinq. Following his win, the champ, despite urging from his S.C.U.M teammates, refused to beat Homicide down, this caused the ROH fans to develop a newfound respect for Kevin Steen and also, apparently, pissed off Steve Corino enough to turn against Steen with the rest of S.C.U.M (Which by now had also added Jack Evans, who cited being unhappy with seemingly being forgotten by ROH, to its ranks) after he, Corino, was named the next #1 contender to the World title. With help from S.C.U.M's newest members Shelton Benjamin and, surprisingly Davey Richards, Steve Corino took from Kevin Steen the ROH World championship. However, it wasn't long after that the ROH World title was vacated, one week in fact making Corino's reign the shortest in the belts 11 year history, due to contractual disputes between Corino and Ring of Honor. With the belt vacant, a tournament was started involving every single member of the ROH roster, set to culminate at ROH Coronation. In the end, it was down to Adam Cole, who had recently showed a new, darker and more arrogant side of himself and Roderick Strong, who had also showed a new side, one of a staunch defender of Ring of Honor against the seemingly unstoppable but now non-entity that was S.C.U.M. Speaking of S.C.U.M, after Corino's departure, the group was all but disbanded only to be replaced by the Jimmy Jacobs-led New Age, a stable which debuted in a fashion eerily similar to that of The Age of The Fall but have yet to make any real impact outside of the Tag Team division. Anyhow, back to Cole vs. Strong. After a great and rather lengthy match, Adam Cole nailed Roddy Strong below the belt for the win, crushing Roddy's dreams of becoming only the second ever two-time ROH World champion. On the next show after Coronation, Homicide beat out Jimmy Jacobs, Roderick Strong and Matt Hardy to gain the first shot at Cole, a shot that he failed to capitalise on at ROH Boiling Point when he was defeated by Adam Cole. Soon after, in a ten man tag team match, Chris Sabin was crowned the next #1 contender by way of the matches stipulation: Whoever made the pin, became #1 contender. It is one week after this occurence that this diary begins... Roster (Push, Allignment, Gimmick) [Short description of last few months]: Adam Cole (Upper Midcarder, Heel, The Future) [Became ROH's top guy upon turning Heel and cheating Roderick Strong out of the ROH title. Retained against Homicide at ROH Boiling Point. Currently involved in a feud with #1 contender, Chris Sabin) AJ Styles (Main Eventer, Face, Hero) [Returned to ROH to save Homicide from a possibly career ending beatdown at the hands of ROH World champion Adam Cole and ROH World TV champ Chris Hero. Currently feuding with Hero over the TV title] Brian Kendrick (Lower Midcarder, Face, Unique Charismatic) [Has had an up and down journey since returning to ROH. Pinned Adam Cole for the ROH TV title at ROH Border Wars. Lost the title to Chris Hero at ROH Coronation. Currently doing nothing but jobbing occasionally] Chris Hero (Main Eventer, Heel, Edgy Heel) [Returned to Ring of Honor to participate in the World title tourney, but failed. Soon after he defeated Brian Kendrick to become the new TV champ and is currently feuding with AJ Styles] Chris Sabin (Main Eventer, Face, No Gimmick Needed) [Was on a large wave of momentum with tag team partner Alex Shelley until Shelley went and signed an exclusive deal with NJPW. Flopped for a bit after, but soon came close to the top of the mountain upon winning a shot at World champion Adam Cole, which he shall get at ROH Death Before Dishonor] Davey Richards (Midcarder, Heel, MMA Bad Ass) [After a few failed shots at the then ROH Tag champs reDRagon, Davey turned on both ROH and his tag team partner Eddie Edwards by joining S.C.U.M. After settling his feud with Eddie, he became an on-and-off follower of Jimmy Jacobs' The New Age stable] Doug Williams (Opener, Heel, No Gimmick Needed) [Only recently signed. Has yet to debut] Drake Younger (Lower Midcarder, Heel, Extremist) [See Doug Williams] Eddie Edwards (Upper Midcarder, Face, Loyalist) [Feuded with Davey Richards after Davey's betrayal but lost the finale match and has since floundered, though he has recently been involved in a mini-feud with Roderick Strong against ROH tag champs Incoherence] Eddie Kingston (Enhancement Talent, Heel, Street Thug) [Only recently debuted, pinning Brian Kendrick] El Generico (Midcarder, Face, Masked Luchadore) [Returned to ROH recently, but has done nothing of note so far, other than forming something of an alliance with ROH Tag Team champions, Incoherence] Frightmare (Upper Midcarder, Face, Mysterious) [Won the ROH World Tag Team titles with partner Hallowicked from The New Age team of Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs. Has since been involved in mini-respect feud with Hard and Strong, Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong] Hallowicked (Upper Midcarder, Face, Masked Luchadore) [Won the ROH World Tag Team titles with partner Frightmare from The New Age team of Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs. Has since been involved in mini-respect feud with Hard and Strong, Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong] Homicide (Main Eventer, Face, Latino Warrior) [Has seen only small amounts of success recently. Failed to capture the ROH World championship on two occasions, once against Kevin Steen and once against Adam Cole] Jimmy Jacobs (Midcarder, Heel, Cult Leader) [Won the ROH World Tag Team championships from reDRagon with Matt Hardy as a member of S.C.U.M. Lost the belts to Incoherence. Took over S.C.U.M after Steve Corino left Ring of Honor and transformed it into the New Age, a stable dedicated to bringing ROH down and rebuilding it in his image, though has failed to make any real impact yet] Joey Ryan (Opener, Heel, Arrogant) [Has only recently debuted, teaming with New Age members Shelton Benjamin, Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs in a losing effort against Incoherence and Hard and Strong. Whether or not he is a member of The New Age remains to be seen] Kyle O'Reilly (Upper Midcarder, Heel, No Gimmick Needed) [Has somewhat floundered since losing the Tag belts and the subsequent release of his partner Bobby Fish. Done nothing of note as of late] Matt Hardy (Midcarder, Heel, Cult Follower) [Has seemingly had his career revolve around Jimmy Jacobs since joining S.C.U.M, winning the tag belts with him and now following him in The New Age] Roderick Strong (Upper Midcarder, Face, Cocky Face) [Since turning back to the light, Roddy has tried and failed to grasp the proverbial brass ring, most recently failing to capitalise on a chance to become #1 contender in a ten man tag team match. Is hoping to improve his fortunes soon] Shelton Benjamin (Lower Midcarder, Heel, Against The World) [Has done nothing of note since returning, other than joining S.C.U.M and The New Age] Tag Teams (Semi-Active or Active only): Future Shock (Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole) (Semi-Active) Hard And Strong (Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong) (Full Time) Incoherence (Hallowicked and Frightmare) (Full Time) The New Age (Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs) (Full Time) The Younger Kings (Drake Younger and Eddie Kingston) Stables: The New Age (Jimmy Jacobs, Matt Hardy, Shelton Benjamin and Davey Richards) Championship History: ROH World championship: 1: Kevin Steen (Won: Lost: Week 3, May 2013) 2: Steve Corin (Won: Week 3, May 2013. ROH Breakdown opens to Absolute Zero by Stone Sour, the music of Ring of Honor World champion Adam Cole. Cole makes his way to the ring as the commentary team, Kevin Kelly, Don Callis and Jim Cornette hype up tonight's show including a massive double Main Event, on one hand there's the match between Chris Hero and Chris Sabin, and on the other the six man tag collision of The New Age (Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs) and Adam Cole vs. Incoherence and AJ Styles. Whilst Cornette and Callis argue over which is better, with Callis claiming Hero vs. Sabin and Cornette claiming the six man tag, Cole enters the ring and grabs a mic.
The music of AJ Styles, For Whom The Bell Tolls by Metallica, plays as the former TNA World Heavyweight champion walks out from behind the curtain, mic in hand. He doesn't get to say much, however before he's attacked from behind by Chris Hero! Cole leaves the ring and he and Hero quickly beat AJ to the ground until they're interupted by AJ's partners tonight, Hallowicked and Frightmare: Incoherence and Hero's opponent tonight Chris Sabin! Cole and Hero back off until The New Age, all four of 'em, swarm Incoherence, Sabin and Styles, being joined by Hero and Cole in beating the everloving crap out of the four babyfaces. We head to a commercial break... (C-)
And return to the sounds of Hopsin's Kill Her. The crowd are confused, having not heard the unfamiliar music before. The song proves to be the theme of debuting tag team: The Younger Kings, Drake Younger and Eddie Kingston! The two walk out threatening fans and generally being scary. They're soon joined in the ring by Hard and Strong, 'Die Hard' Eddie Edwards and Roderick Strong, who are played to the ring by Slipknot's Vendetta.
-Hard and Strong vs. The Younger Kings- The match proved to be good, albeit not very lengthy. Hard and Strong were never really in much danger of losing and soon put Kingston and Younger down after a Die Hard Driver from Eddie Edwards to... the other Eddie. (B)
From one match, right into the next as Perfect Weapon by Black Veil Brides, the theme song of The New Age, brings out New Age member Davey Richards. His opponent, Brian Kendrick, makes his way to the ring to Jim Johnston's Man With A Plan
-Davey Richards vs. Brian Kendrick- A very short match that sees Davey dominate Kendrick, who is an excellent wrestler in his own right, from start to finish, which was around five minutes, finishing it up with an impactful top rope DR Driver! (C+)
After the match, Davey lifts Brian to his feet and plants him on his head with another DR Driver! He's not done, though, as he once again lifts Kendrick to his feet and drops him with a third DR Driver! Davey walks away as medical personnel come down to check on Kendrick, and ROH Breakdown goes to another commercial break. (C-)
As we return, we're right into another match! The first of our dual main events, as a matter of fact. Another One Bites The Dust by Queen brings to the ring the ROH World Television champion Chris Hero, who goes out of his way to be a complete dick to the fans, even flipping them off on a few occasions. In The End by Black Veil Brides plays as possibly the second most beloved member of the ROH roster, after AJ Styles, Chris Sabin makes his way to the ring, all business for this non-title matchup.
-Chris Sabin vs. Chris Hero- Sabin starts the match out big with a slingshot dropkick to Hero! With his high speed offence, Chris Sabin is able to control much of the match, with the cowardly Hero only able to gain the advantage with eye pokes and low blows, etc. And even then, his advantages don't last long. This lasts up until the ten minute mark, when Hero reverses an attempt at a Cradle Shock into a Hero's Welcome! Though he didn't get the three count from it, that maneuver immediately swings the matches momentum into Hero's corner and he keeps it for around eight minutes, when he misses an attempt at a Rolling Elbow and is hit with a great Super Kick from Sabin. Sabin is then quickly able to hit an enziguri and Cradle Shock for the 1-2-3-NO! Hero kicks out! However, another quick Shell Shock is too much for the TV champ and gives the win to Sabin. (B)
Afterwards, Sabin rolls out of the ring and grabs a mic, cutting a short, to the point Promo about his upcoming match with Adam Cole at Death Before Dishonor. (B-)
Incoherence then make their way to the ring, as Sabin walks backstage, to something that sounds like random, blabbered gibberish. Y'know, like a Lil' Wayne song. AJ Styles follows them out, For Whom The Bell Tolls by Metallica playing. Their opponents enter next, starting with Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs, who make their way out to Perfect Weapon by Black Veil Brides. And finally comes the champ, Adam Cole, Absolute Zero playing him down the aisle.
-Incoherence and AJ Styles vs. The New Age and Adam Cole- Hallowicked starts the match off with Adam, and we're treated to a fast paced hold exchange that is unfortunately cut short by an eye rake from Cole, which starts his teams run of dominance and starts Hallowicked's run as Ricky Morton. It doesn't take 'Wicked long to make his first dash at freedom, and he tags in AJ Styles, who flies off the ropes... right into a boot from Jimmy Jacobs, which starts AJ's run as the new Ricky Morton. AJ ended up playing tackling dummy for quite a bit longer than Hallowicked, but in the end tags in Frightmare, who nails Matt Hardy with a sweet springboard Hurricanrana, Jacobs with a nice enziguri but Cole stops his momentum dead with a low blow. All hell then breaks loose, with the babyface team throwing themselves around the ring until only AJ Styles and Adam Cole are left standing. The two begin an exchange of punches that ends in AJ nailing a standing enziguri and heading up top, presumably for something big. We'll never know what AJ was planning however, as Chris Hero interfered in the match and elbowed Styles in the back of the head with his 'lucky' elbow pad! Cole quickly capitalises and covers AJ for the three count! The show fades out with both Cole and Hero holding up their respective belts whilst AJ lies at their feet and Incoherence are destroyed by the four members of The New Age outside the ring. (B)
Ty Lovell -So... Any good?

I enjoyed it. I like the format and the brief history run-down. Good additions to the roster as well, as a lot of people tend to make ridiculous roster moves that really hurt their diaries in my eyes. But all of your additions make sense and seem like good fits.
Also, nice little Cole promo establishing him as a complete dick.
Shame Corino is gone though, he's probably my favorite thing about current ROH.

OOC: I fucked up. Turns out I started the actual diary the show before a PPV so... Eh, oh well. Oh, in title matches orange = champion
ROH: Death Before Dishonor!
The PPV opens to the inane rambling that is Incoherence's theme as the tag team champions make their way to the ring for a tag team three way dance. Perfect Weapon plays next as The New Age team of Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs enter the ring. Hard and Strong are out last, Vendetta playing them down.
-Incoherence vs. The New Age vs. Hard and Strong for the ROH World Tag Team championships- The match starts out with Hallowicked and Jimmy Jacobs the legal men, in this elimination style contest. 'Wicked walks to the middle of the ring and holds out his hand to follow the Code of Honor, of course Jacobs being the devious bastard that he is, kicks 'Wicked in the gut and goes to work on him. A few tag moves later and Matt Hardy had 'Wicked in the right position for a Twist of Fate! However, Hallowicked was able to reverse the move and tag in Roderick Strong who went to town on Matt with a combination of chops, chops and backbreakers. Eventually, after wearing Hardy down enough, Roddy gets him into position for the Gibson Driver, however a low blow enables Hardy to nail the Twist of Fate and eliminate Hard and Strong!
Hardy quickly tags out to Jacobs, who upon entering is immediately nailed with a springboard hurricanrana by Frightmare! A Kneecolepsy almost wins it for the champs after that, but Hardy breaks the pin up. From then on, the two remaining teams continually trade dominance until Hallowicked and Frightmare are able to hit Jacobs with a Headless Horseman! Hardy runs in to break up the cover but is hit with a Go To Sleepy Hollow by 'Wicked as Frightmare picks up the three count! (A)
After the match ends, Hardy and Jacobs are NOT happy at all with their loss, and they show that by beating the crap out of the tag champs! Jacobs locks 'Wicked in the End Time as Hardy hits Frightmare with a Twist of Fate... (C)
The music of Hard and Strong hits as they make their way back down the ramp, running off The New Age and saving Incoherence! (C)
As all three teams head off backstage, Perfect Weapon hits again as New Age member Shelton Benjamin walks to the ring to the crowd's boos. Man With A Plan plays as Brian Kendrick, the man who was destroyed by Benjamin's New Age partner Davey Richards on ROH Breakdown dances his way to the ring.
-Shelton Benjamin vs. Brian Kendrick- The match begins with a simple collar-and-elbow tie-up, with Benjamin quickly taking control due to his superior size and strength. One or two restholds later and Benjamin is firmly in control. Shelton is able to keep Kendrick grounded and unable to hit any of his normal fast paced offense. After a while of grounding Kendrick, Benjamin backs off, waiting for Brian to stand, before going in for a Superkick! But at the last moment, Kendrick ducks and nails Shelton with a Superkick of his own! Kendrick lifts Shelton to his feet, grabbing his head and running towards the turnbuckle, most likely for a Sliced Bread #2. We'll never know for sure, though, as Davey Richards slides into the ring, causing Kendrick to drop Shelton and chase Davey, who quickly drops out of the ring. Kendrick turns back to his opponent only to recieve a Paydirt! One three count later and our winner is Shelton Benjamin. (B)
After the match, Kendrick is hit with a DR Driver by Davey, who then picks up a microphone.
The music of The Generic Luchadore, El Generico hits as he makes his way to the ring, followed by a referee! The bell rings and we have ourselves a match! (B)
-Davey Richards vs. El Generico- Davey, surprisingly, adheres to the Code of Honor before the match begins. That's the only honorable action from Richards in this match, as he immediately takes control of the match with a thumb to the eye and a knee to the stomach. It doesn't take much longer after that for Davey to set The Generic Luchadore up for a DR Driver, that Generico is able to turn into a small package for a very close two count! This only seems to enrage The American Wolf however, as he dominates Generico from then on, ending it with a Falcon Arrow into a Cross Armbar for the submission. (B+)
After the match, Davey refuses to release the Armbar, until he's dragged off by Security and refs and even then he jumps back in to spike Generico with a DR Driver. Davey is dragged away, screaming obscenities. (B)
The music of Ring of Honor Television champ Chris Hero plays as he walks out to the ring stepping out of the way of the seemingly-rabid American Wolf (Geddit? Wolf, rabid? It's funny). AJ makes his way down to the ring next, stepping into the middle of the ring for the Code of Honor, which Hero replies to with a nut shot! The bell rings and this one's underway!
-AJ Styles vs. Chris Hero for the ROH World Television championship- Hero immediately jumps on the fallen Styles, nailing him with stomps, punches, kicks and even a headbutt! AJ finds himself unable to fight back against Hero's onslaught of strikes until the ten minute mark, where he is able to dodge a Cyclone Kill and nail a Pele Kick! AJ is unable to capitalise, however as he feels the after effects of being beaten down for a solid ten minutes. Eventually, both manage to stand and begin trading strikes, with AJ dodging a punch from Hero and springing off the ropes to hit a flying forearm! AJ then springboards off of the top rope hitting a Springboard 450 Splash! 1-2-3-NO, Hero manages to get a shoulder up, albeit barely. Styles heads up top again, this time trying for a Spiral Tap! Hero moves though, and AJ hits the ground, hard. Hero lurks in the corner, waiting for Styles to stand before moving in for a Rolling Elbow, and he hits it! It's over, 1-2-NOPE! AJ Styles kicks out, not at two and a half, but right on two! Hero rises to his feet, looking a little bit frightened at how easily Styles kicked out of his signature move. Chris once again waits for AJ to stand before hitting a Cyclone Kill! 1-2-Another kickout! Now Hero looks downright scared as Styles stands even quicker than before, running at Hero only to be hit below the belt and planted with a Hero's Welcome! This time, AJ stays down for the three count and Hero retains his championship. (A)
After the match, Hero has an overly extravagant celebration, with confetti falling from the sky and people in Chris Hero shirts coming out to ringside to toss streamers into the ring. (B+)
After the ring's cleared, In The End by Black Veil Brides plays as the #1 contender to the ROH World Heavyweight championship, Chris Sabin makes his way down to the ring. In The End is replaced by Stone Sour's Absolute Zero and the ROH World champion Adam Cole swaggers down to the ring, spitting in Sabin's face when Sabin walks to the middle of the ring for the Code of Honor. Sabin doesn't take this lying down, however and hits Cole with a standing Enziguri!
-Chris Sabin vs. Adam Cole- Sabin immediately capitalises as the bell rings, covering Adam but only getting a one count. Cole quickly gets to his feet and takes Sabin to the ground, starting a mat based exchange of holds, that is until the sneaky champion rakes Sabin's eyes and cracks him with a kick to the face. Cole begins to beat down on Sabin, always cheating his way back into dominance whenever Sabin starts a comeback. Just when it seemed as if Cole had this one in the bag, Sabin nails a desperation Enziguri, quickly followed by a roundhouse kick and ended with a Super Kick! Cole drops like a sack of potatoes and Sabin shoots up to the top rope, nailing a great Senton for a two count! From that point, Chris is able to keep Cole on the brink of losing, with high impact move after high impact move, including a Cradle Shock that Cole is able to kick out of, barely. Cole is never really able to gain an advantage and, in the end decides that a loss by count out is preferable to losing his belt and he rolls out of the ring, walking up the ramp and away from the match. Sabin follows Cole out, however and ends up getting punted below the belt for his trouble! Cole quickly bolts off towards the ring as the refs count nears twenty! That's it, it's over! Cole wins by countout! Adam Cole retains his title! The PPV fades to black to an image of a smug, grinning Cole standing in the ring, holding his belt high. (A)

If there's one thing we know for sure about this episode of ROH Breakdown, it's that, fter defeating Chris Sabin at DBD, Adam Cole is going to be extremely smug heading into the main event, a huge eight man tag team match with Cole, Chris Hero, Kyle O'Reilly and Davey Richards making up one side and Chris Sabin, AJ Styles and Incoherence making up the other. We've also been informed that we shall hear from both Adam Cole and Chris Sabin on the events of DBD's Main Event. Also in the way of matches we have Eddie Kingston vs. Brian Kendrick and El Generico vs. Shelton Benjamin, it's gonna be a wild night, folks!
Scheduled Card: Eddie Kingston vs. Brian Kendrick The New Age vs. Hard and Strong Shelton Benjamin vs. El Generico AJ Styles, Chris Sabin, Frightmare and Hallowicked vs. Adam Cole, Chris Hero, Kyle O'Reilly and Davey Richards.
Ty Lovell -Show should be up tomorrow. Should. Thanks to Comahan for the comments, about the Corino thing, I'm currently attempting to get back alot of the people I cut, due to now having a longer show than the thirty minutes I had for most of this game. Corino, The Briscoes and Steen are top of my list, unfortunately none of 'em will sign with me. Bastards.

As the show opens Don Callis, Jim Cornette and Kevin Kelly are hyping our Main Event, a huge eight man tag team match between the team of Davey Richards, Kyle O'Reilly, ROH TV champion Chris Hero and ROH World champ Adam Cole and their opponents, Incoherence, AJ Styles and Chris Sabin.
Kill Her by Hopsin hits and the first participant in our opener, Eddie Kingston, makes his way down to the ring. Man With A Plan blares throughout the arena next and his opponent 'The Wizard of Odd' Brian Kendrick dances his way on down to the ring.
-Eddie Kingston vs. Brian Kendrick- A quick match that doesn't see Kingston in much danger of losing at any point. In the end, it's a Backfist to The Future followed up by a Sliding D that gets Eddie the pinfall. (C)
Absolute Zero plays as Kingston heads to the back and the man that retained his Ring of Honor World championship on Saturday, Adam Cole heads to the ring to a chorus of boos from the crowd and grabs a mic.
Perfect Weapon plays as Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs walk down to the ring, Jacobs shaking hands with the World champ as he walks back up the ramp. Whilst the announcers speculate about what kind of relationship Jacobs and Cole have, Vendetta hits and Hard and Strong make their way down to the ring. The match is hyped as being a #1 contender's match.
-Hard and Strong vs. The New Age- Before the bell even rang, Shelton Benjamin entered the ring, though he was quickly tossed out by Roddy Strong, the distraction he caused was enough for the New Age to jump Hard and Strong! Roddy gets tossed out after Shelton by Jacobs, whilst Hardy brings Edwards to the ground with a chop block. While the ref is focused on the in-ring action, Shelton Benjamin attacks Roderick outside the ring, throwing him against the barricade with a T-Bone Suplex! Without his partner, Eddie isn't able to fight back and is quickly put down by Jimmy Jacobs' End Time for the submission win to become the #1 contenders for the tag belts. (B-)
The New Age trio continue the attack on Hard and Strong until the music of ROH World tag champs Incoherence hits and the champs themselves head down to the ring! The New Age duck out of the ring and head off as Hard and Strong thank the champs. Hard and Strong head out and the lights suddenly cut out! When the lights come back on, Hallowicked is knocked out in the ring and Frightmare is running around like a chicken with it's head cut off until he, like a chicken with it's head cut off, drops to the ground. As Frightmare hits the ground, a loud, slightly high-pitched laugh goes throughout the arena and ROH Breakdown goes to an 'emergency commercial'. (B-)
-El Generico vs. Shelton Benjamin- We return to a match already in progress to a match recently made a #1 Contender's match to the TV title. As the show returned to the air halfway into the match, we aren't watching for long before Davey Richards appears out of nowhere, dragging Generico out of the ring, causing the ref to call for the bell, giving El Generico the win by DQ. (B-)
Shelton Benjamin rolls out of the ring, flipping out at DR for costing him the match. Benjamin isn't yelling for too long, however, as he is attacked from behind by Kyle O'Reilly! O'Reilly beats on Shelton whilst Davey lifts Generico to his feet and drops him on his skull with not one, but two DR Drivers onto the concrete! Davey and Kyle spit on their respective victims and wait at ringside for their partners in the Main Event as Generico and Benjamin are both taken away by medical personnel. (B-)
Adam Cole and Chris Hero are quick to make their way out to the ring, quickly followed by their first three opponents, the still-stunned tag champs Incoherence and former #1 contender to Hero's TV title, AJ Styles.
Out next is Chris Sabin, who grabs a mic.
Sabin rushes down to the ring and our Main Event is underway! -Adam Cole, Chris Hero, Kyle O'Reilly and Davey Richards vs. Incoherence, AJ Styles and Chris Sabin- The match begins at a fast pace, as Kyle O'Reilly is hit with a flying dropkick from Styles, Hero is hit with a springboard clothesline from Sabin and Hero and Richards are nailed with Stereo Hurricanranas by the tag champs! Soon, however, Hero is able to capitalise on the seemingly frightened Hallowicked, who keeps looking over his shoulder as if expecting to be attacked at any second. Hero begins to dominate 'Wicked with a combination of high impact strikes and submission holds, before tagging out to Davey, who jumps on 'Wicked and continues where Chris Hero left off. Hallowicked soon manages to pull off a comeback and jump over to tag in Frightmare, who quickly springs off the top rope... right into a boot from Davey Richards, who quickly covers the masked man for the three count! (B) Breakdown fades to black as Frightmare and 'Wicked argue with their partners outside the ring and the winners celebrate.

OOC: Match writeups will be smaller, especially the last two on this show, just the basic happenings of the match, for the next two or three shows.
Breakdown opens to the sound of Incoherence's 'music' and Jim Cornette standing in the ring, apparently waiting to interview the tag team champs. Whilst the champs walk to the ring, Kevin Kelly, Don Callis and the man who's introduced as being the new Ring of Honor 'Director of Matchmaking' Mick Foley, hype our Main Event, an ROH Television championship match between Chris Hero and #1 contender El Generico. The champs enter the ring and Cornette asks them about the apparent attack that happened last week.
Incoherence move to leave the ring, until like last week, everything goes black. This time, however, the lights are back on quickly and Jimmy Jacobs and Matt Hardy are in the ring, behind Incoherence. The #1 contenders jump the tag team champs, beating them to the ground and nailing each man with their respective finishers. The New Age leave ringside as, once again the lights flicker out and the same laughter as last week, only slightly deeper this time, is heard as ROH Breakdown goes to its first commercial. (C)
Breakdown returns to Chop Suey by System of a Down, the singles music of 'Die Hard' Eddie Edwards, who makes his way to the ring for a Survival of The Fittest tournament first round match against Eddie Kingston, who enters to his music. The announcers explain the layout of this years SoTF tourney, the first round will consist of two singles matches and two tag team matches. The winner of the first singles match, either Eddie Edwards or Eddie Kingston, will take on the winners of the first tag team match, either Incoherence or Kyle O'Reilly and Davey Richards, in a three way dance. The same going for the second singles match, Roderick Strong vs. ROH World champion Adam Cole and the second tag match, The New Age vs. the debuting Colony, of CHIKARA fame, which will be represented by Fire Ant and Green Ant. After that, the winners of the two three-way dances will face off with the winner of that match being crowned Survival of The Fittest 2013 winner and the #1 contender to the ROH World title or, if Adam Cole wins, #1 contender to the ROH World TV title.
-Eddie Edwards vs. Eddie Kingston Survival of The Fittest Round 1- The match is a somewhat lengthy one, that sees Kingston in control for the most part, with Edwards only getting in small offence until the final five minutes, when Edwards is able to pull a counter for a Backdrop Driver out of his ass and take control, hitting Kingston with a Die Hard Driver that Kingston somehow kicked out of. Edwards sets up for another Die Hard Driver, but Kingston reverses it and nails a Backfist to The Future, that somehow only gets two. Kingston goes for a second BtTF but the bell rings, with the ring announcer announcing that, due to reaching the twenty minute time limit for non-Main Event/non-Title matches, the match was a draw and both men would go to the next round. After the match, Eddie Edwards offered Eddie Kingston a handshake and Kingston accepts! After Edwards turns to leave the ring, Kingston spins him back around and nails a Backfist to The Future!
Davey Richards and Kyle O'Reilly make their way down to the ring to new music, Ungrateful by Escape The Fate. Davey grabs a mic on the way down, explaining that he and O'Reilly joined forces again because they felt as if they were being pushed aside in favour of, in their eyes, less deserving wrestlers. Davey said that he and Kyle O'Reilly were the TRUE Kings of Ring of Honor and the only real Men of Honor in the company. Their opponents stumbled down to the ring, once again going into a match hurt due to a beatdown earlier in the night and, DR and O'Reilly being the honorable men that they are, immediately jump the champs. (B-)
-The Men of Honor vs. Incoherence, Survival of The Fittest Round 1- The MoH control the entire match, until the last couple of minutes as Incoherence mount a quick comeback, hitting O'Reilly with a few double team moves. Frightmare sets O'Reilly up for a Kneecolepsy but is stopped by Matt Hardy and Jimmy Jacobs, who are making their second appearance of the night, attacking Hallowicked and Frightmare whilst the Men of Honor distract the ref. O'Reilly hits a beaten Frightmare with a Tornado DDT for the three count, advancing himself and his partner to a Four-Way Dance against Eddie Edwards and Eddie Kingston. (B+) As we return from a commercial, ROH World champion Adam Cole enters the ring for his SoTF Round 1 match against former ROH World and Tag Team champion, Roderick Strong, whom he beat to win his title in a tournament final in a phenomenal match.
-Adam Cole vs. Roderick Strong, Survival of The Fittest Round 1- And the match is underway, Cole quickly cheating his way to an advantage, stopping Strong at every turn with every dirty trick under the sun. Soon, though, Roddy's wrestling ability outweighs Cole's cheating and Strong takes control, hitting backbreaker, after backbreaker, after backbreaker, oh and a Death by Roderick gutbuster as well, which almost gets him the victory. Cole rolls out of the ring, grabbing his belt from the timekeeper and thwacking Roddy with it, which the ref somehow missed. One Figure Four Leglock later and Cole gets the submission win over an unconscious Roderick to advance to the second round of the SoTF tourney. (B)
After the match, Cole's little celebration is interrupted when the music of the #1 contender to the World title hits. Cole pales and bails, leaving through the crowd as Sabin grabs a mic and explains that, as Cole is now already booked for Survival of The Fittest, next week, right here on ROH Breakdown, Cole will defend his belt against Sabin!
Sabin leaves as the competitors for the ROH TV belt in our Main Event enter the ring and the bell rings.
-El Generico vs. Chris Hero for the ROH World Television championship- An excellent back and forth 25 minute contest between two of the best on the ROH roster. Hero is unable to mount any offence for the first five minutes, being hit with quick offensive maneuvers every time he is able to stand. This goes on until Hero is able to catch Generico with a boot to the face as the Generic Luchadore runs towards him for the Ole Kick. Hero jumps on any chance he gets to inflict pain, bending the rules more than once. He sets up to hit El Generico around the 20 minute mark, but is distracted when the music of AJ Styles plays! Hero turns his attention towards the ramp, expecting to see the Phenomenal One make his way down. After about a minute of nothing, Hero turns around right into a kick to the face from Generico! Generico goes up top and hits a 450 Splash and it's all over! New Ring of Honor Television champion! Hero rolls to the outside and tosses a giant hissy fit, kicking at the barricade and screaming for AJ to get out here. AJ does come down, but only to congratulate Generico before heading back up the ramp, smirking at the fuming Chris Hero. The show fades to black with an image of Generico standing on one of the turnbuckles, holding up his shiny new belt.
Ty Lovell ~Sorry that this isn't formatted! I don't have much time at the moment and I wanna post this before I forget. I'll format it when I can.

Next show will be comin' soon, but for now I'd like to ask (read: beg) for something resembling feedback from someone that isn't Comahan?
Ty Lovell -Or Comahan. Comahan's cool.

I'm really digging what you're doing with Cole right now. Cole/Sabin should be a classic!
Keep up the good work, I'm really enjoying your diary so far.

First of all, I think this is a big improvement over your past diaries. The matches are detailed enough that I get the gist of the match's story while still being brief. Interviews being put in quote boxes is a really nice touch even if the font could be a little bit bigger. I do have mixed feelings on your use of colors though. It helps certain things stick out but some of the colors (the blue in particular) make it difficult to read. Overall, though, I like the format.
As for the actual content, Cole is a good choice for a dickbag World Champion. He comes off as pretty unlikeable in his promos. I also like Richards wanting all of the "outsiders" out of ROH. I could do with a little less swearing in the promos. It seems like in every promo, there is at least two or three curse words. Didn't make want to stop reading or anything like that but it did kinda bug me. Not everybody is gonna include a "damn" or "fuck" in their promos.

I have to concur with most of what magiconz said. The write-ups are nice and simple, but they get across the important parts of the angle/match. Not a huge fan of the colors ... without referring to the top of the diary for the color key, I can't remember what color means what, so it ends up just being distracting. Otherwise, the format's good.
The one spot I'll diverge, though, is Adam Cole. And this is not a knock on your writing ... it's that I've never seen so much as a minute of Adam Cole's work. I don't know charisma, or voice, or wrestling style or anything ... because of that, I'm just not into Adam Cole as ROH World Champion. It might also be that the diary is new, there's only been a couple shows, so the character is still being developed.
Jed Shaffer ~I read the evil laugh, and my first thought was Ted DiBiase. If only there was a time machine ...
