Funny, yet sad. It just shows people would rather see people beat the shit out of each other than see a good fast paced technical bout...

I wanted a talented guy, and since we don't really got much Japanese talent. I figured Mutoh wouldn't be bad. He's an 80 technical, like Jericho, and has great mic skills. He's over as well so...I kinda saw him as a steal.

The Main Event turned out great. Jericho can get his overness back doing anything it seems, so no big deal. LAX/MCMG ratings turned out way better than their other segments it seems. Good show.

"Sting, as far as I can tell, I've beaten you two times now. Whether you liked how the cookie crumbled or not, you gotta deal with that. Now, there isn't a damn reason why I should believe I need to beat you again. I've got nothing to prove, but I'll tell you what, I'm a fair man. Great show and now it's a new year! Really enjoyed the main event angle. I'm sure Jericho would've gained overness too, had it not already be a 100! Joe/Mutoh was perfect. Looks like I'll just be using Mutoh in the ring, and maybe for the occasional angle. He's no Chris Jericho, but he's great in his own right, for sure!

Man.. everything Jericho touches turns to gold. Loved seeing Raven DDT Sting, loved Daniels and Styles teaming again, and I loved Joe coming out for a 2nd match and putting on a classic.
I should probably make an updated main diary page for mine after my next PPV, too.
