Joey Ryan is doing his "That 70's Guy" gimmick and Tank Toland is doing his "Fitness Instructor" one, both are heels and the promotion they're tagging in is Chikara.

No idea for a tag team, but I got one for a stable! Hire Ernest Miller and you can re-create " Cat-Bo". Toland could be his assistant, while Joey Ryan and others could be extras. |

What about The In Crowd? Ryan is a play on Travolta's king-of-the-dance-floor role in Saturday Night Fever, and Tolland is that dude in high school who was always stacked to the rafters and had more kitty then an animal shelter. Different cliques, sure, but roughly the same principle.
