Basically, In this thread, you state moments where you have looked back on things that you have booked in EWR in the past and gone "what was I thinking there?!" or "Why did I do that?!
For me, I remember that in one of my old ROH games, I made Brent Albright ROH Champion...Twice. It seemed like a good idea at the time but as I went on with the game, I began to regret the decision more and more and eventually just starting hating Albright.
Do any of you guys have stories like this?

There are a load of booking decisions that i regret for my diary, but only a few people would understand what im talking about with those.
One that wouldnt require a reader of my diary to understand is that I fired Davey Richards at the very beginning of my game in 07, and he immediately went into "never wants to negotiate with me again" mode. And that sucks, cause Ive wanted him back in my game for like 5 years at this point.

Not a lot. Most everything I don't like in retrospect, I managed to retro-book into making sense or serving a purpose. But a few things do stand out as slightly more boneheaded.
One was firing Irish Airborne. Not a crucial loss, but they would've made for some good talent in the tag division. They won't even look my way now, no matter what I throw at them. Ditto the Havana Pitbulls; fired one of them, pissed off both of them.
And then there was the attempted ROH career of MVP. Yeah, not such a good idea.
And now, looking back, writing off Lacey with blindness wasn't such a good idea ... the attack was awesome, and the circumstances around it made for great drama, but I can never brign her back and have her be useful.
But by far ... by far the one thing I look back on and wonder what in the blue hell I was thinking can be summed up in three letters and three words:
ROH Commissioner Sid Vicious.
Jed Shaffer ~I blame Canada myself.

Ha, I remember Commish Sid. That was quality entertainment.
And the last, last, last person I expected.

If Trish Stratus hadn't signed a written with another company just a couple days before I was prepared to bring her in, Commish Sid wouldn't have happened. Of course, then we wouldn't be where we are now with bald goth Trish's trio of lunatics ...
Jed Shaffer ~Then again, if Terry Funk hadn't been injured, it would've been Funk in Dillon's place in the early days of The Honor Guard.

...
I now have visions of Funk playing Mentor to Jacobs/Steen/Edge.
And he saw that it was good.

Otherwise, I was all set to bring him in for the Pearce/Corino angle. Jed Shaffer ~Funk as the mentor to The Family ... horrifying. HORRIFYING.
