Pretty straight forward. What company or companies do you like?
ROH is currently my #1 promotion. I have 45 DVDs and both PPVs taped(and will probably buy anywhere from 5-15 more DVDs, plus the PPV by the end of the year).
I used to love TNA, but the booking of it recently has caused me to turn away from it. But from the live reports of the PPV last night, it sounds awesome, so I might need to give it a 3rd or 4th look.
(Un)fortunatley, my current schedule does not allow me to watch much, if any, WWE at all.
I also enjoy watching old WCW(right now I am in September of 95, Nitro's debut month)

I only watch the `E with there's legitimately nothing else on.
I had only heard of Ring of Honor prior to seeing their Pay-Per-View, and I regret that very much. I've gotten both Pay-Per-Views, and am awaiting Man Up in November/December.
The first TNA show I witnessed was the final iMPACT! prior to Lockdown 2006, I believe. It was billed as the return of Sting (he took on Eric Young), and being he was one of my icons during his WCW tenure, I decided to tune in. The entire show amazed me so much that I ordered Lockdown, which I still consider as one of my top five of all-time. Everything I saw in TNA up to Genesis was superb then it all seemed to go down the drain. Lockdown 2007 wasn't so bad, and Bound For Glory last night really grabbed my attention, so we'll see if TNA can't renew my faith...

Personally, I really only watch WWE. I used to watch TNA, but it's gotten to a point where I don't care for it much anymore. That and The Office is an hour long for a few more episodes, so that rules out the first hour anyway. As for RoH, I watch hardly any of it, really just a few things here and there on Youtube. The little I have seen I've enjoyed, but, like I said, I haven't seen very much.

Currently, I'm watching WWE and TNA.
WWE is getting to the point of being unwatchable. I've been a fan for over ten years, but this is a personal low for the company. The storylines are terrible and the characters are boring and predictable.
TNA might've restored my faith with Bound For Glory. It was one of the best PPVs I have ever seen. Now they just need to follow through and make some new stars instead of relying on Kurt Angle.
I'm also waiting until I have enough money to purchase some ROH DVD releases, as from what I have seen, their product is outstanding.

I watch WWE, TNA, and try and catch as much ROH as possible, though thats not a lot considering my budget, and ROH taking all of their stuff off of a lot of sites.
Atm, id probably say I enjoy TNA the most, but im easy to please. I dont hate any companies, If wrestling is on, ill watch it.

for anyone wanting to get into ROH(or more into it) I reccomend waiting until the day after thanksgiving to buy DVDs. Thats when they have their "Black Friday" sale(which if I remember is 30% off everything.) Its usually their best sale of the year.

How fast does it usually take for the more high profile items to go out of stock?

More recent items rarely go out of stock. Usually the only shows that go out of stock are old and/or obscure shows(thus making them more obscure)

I love ROH. I'm not one of those "ROH rules fuck everything else" guys; I watch WWE and TNA as well, but I have a bond with ROH because I've followed since the beginning. I attended the second show ever, and, to that point, it was the greatest night of wrestling I have ever personally witnessed. I haven't been to a show since the ROH/CZW double shot last year at the ECW arena, and haven't bought a dvd since then either.

Just ROH. I like a wrestling-based product, and the other two just don't entertain me.
Jed Shaffer ~But if I complain about the E, remember: I'm a stockholder. Their mistakes=I lose money.

I don't really go out of my way to watch wrestling anymore. I'll watch WWE, TNA, or ROH if my brother is, but I don't really try to catch it unless it's a special event (Thanksgiving Impact, RAW XV) or if WrestleMania is around the corner.
